Following another successful campaign last summer, mixed hockey returns to Bristol & West Hockey Club for another season! The demand for mixed hockey last year, saw Bristol & West re-enter the national cup last season, battling through the 4th rounds. We look forward to more fun on the pitch this season and a few pints at the pub off it.
With the club thriving and the demand for hockey higher than ever, the men's and women's sides joined forces for some social hockey fun in June and July attending another summer hockey tour.
We play in regular mixed leagues through the regular winter season as well as over the summer months (usually on Sundays) and give the opportunity for anyone in the club to get involved whatever the age or ability.

Masters
Men's & Women's 35+
Are we still living off the success of our 2025 success as O35 Men's Plate Champions at the National Finals at Leigh Valley?... Absolutely we are!
But it's not all about winning! Masters hockey offers the chance to take to the pitch with members from across the club to play some sociable (and occasionally competitive) hockey.
Best of all, masters hockey is incredibly friendly and social. How many of those now playing masters’ would have realised that after picking up a hockey stick for the first time, they would still be having so much fun so many years later? That is not to forget those players who have also learnt to play hockey later in life!
Several of our masters players are also involved at county, regional and national masters levels.
