Returning to Play Guidelines & Info For Visiting Teams

Updated: Oct 5, 2020

COVID Guidelines For Visiting Teams - Winterbourne International Academy

  • No spectators are allowed at this time. Any visitors must stay in their cars for the duration of the game with no exceptions.

  • All players should arrive on time for their match, and should avoid waiting by the pitch. Wait in your cars if you are early to avoid a crossover with other teams.

  • No changing rooms will be available; players should arrive in their kit.  Toilet facilities are available.

  • Entry and exit to and from the pitch will be by different entrances. Entry is the usual one near the car park and reception and exit will be at the opposite end of the pitch.

  • Leave the pitch as quickly as possible after the game

  • All teams must ensure that they have the appropriate First Aid equipment including any PPE. Equipment must not be shared between teams.

  • Before, after and during breaks all participants should practise social distancing.

  • Please ensure that all drinks bottles & litter is taken home or disposed of in the bins provided.

  • There will be refreshment available at Hambrook Sports Club after the game but unfortunately no food can be provided at the present time. A one-way system is in place with all hockey teams sitting upstairs. Weather permitting, the green outside can be used. Government rules including Track & Trace apply.
