Saturday 7 September 2019 - 1pm to 5pm
The day consists of club tournament, BBQ, beers and fun and games for both adults and kids. This is a family day so please do bring everyone along. Please bring both your white and orange shirts. £10 for adults and £5 for juniors.
We are asking for donations for raffle prizes so anything you are able to donate such as bottle's, smellies, services or new unwanted gifts are all welcome. Please bring these along to first training sessions next week and hand over to one of the social committee to collect or bring along on day. We will also be selling the bonus ball numbers at club day. (More details of the bonus ball will follow in another email.)
Though there will be food and drinks available for everyone, the club won't be able to cater for dietary requirements, so please bring additional food as necessary.
The Men's 1st XI will be playing from 11am at the Ridings. Please feel free to come up early and support them in their pre-season match against Clifton Robinsons.
THE SOCIAL COMMITTEE NEED YOUR HELP The social committee have discussed some up and coming events to put in to your diaries. Further details of these are below.
We are asking that each team nominates (or has a volunteer to be) a social liaison for that team. This doesn't mean you have to come to any meetings, just be a point of contact for your team and to chase people up about the club's up-and-coming social events!
Captains once decided please pass on this person's name and your team to someone on the social committee. (Hayley, Jess, Sid, Les, Sammie and Baber).
