Returning to fitness sessions

As you may have all seen on the Club's Facebook group (you will need to ask to join if not done so), we will be running Monday evening fitness sessions at 7.30pm just outside of the Hambrook Sports Club. They should last for approximately 1 hour and are FREE to all members.

These will run throughout the rest of July and August, with the sessions being run by Dave Vernon and Dan Ott.

They encourage everyone to take things at their own pace, so are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The main thing is to get out, work hard and have fun.

Please join us for these sessions. If you are coming we'd ask if you can let us know on the Facebook Group, or contacting either Dave or Dan so they can plan for numbers.
